The first Pan India movie from our Tollywood this Sankranti is “Game Changer”. This movie, directed by maverick director Shankar and starring global star Ram Charan, was released on a huge level. Let’s see whether this movie has lived up to the expectations or not in the review.

Game Changer Movie Story:

Now coming to the story.. Bobbili Satya Murthy (Srikanth) continues to be the Chief Minister of the current AP in the name of Abhyudayam Party. But Bobbili Mopi Devi (SJ Surya), his son and minister, has always focused on the CM chair. In this context, Ram Nandan (Ram Charan) is the Collector of the same AP. And what is the war that he had with Mopi Devi? In this sequence, why does Satya Murthy declare Ram Nandan as the Chief Minister of AP? What does Mopi Devi, who thought she would be the Chief Minister, do? How did the political war between Ram Nandan and Mopi Devi go? To know what the connection is between Appanna (aka Ram Charan), the original founder of the Abhyudaya Party, and this film, you have to watch it on the silver screen.

Game Changer Movie Analysis:

Not only Ram Charan fans but also Shankar fans have been eagerly waiting for this film. And there is no doubt that it will not fall short of their expectations. As Shankar said about the film, the film runs with a crazy screenplay with solid mass elements that make the audience look at the screen without looking back and forth. Also, the elevations and some twists in the film excite a lot.

Apart from these, Shankar's mark has some new ideas, mass scenes like those seen in his politically related films. As for the actors, the first thing to say is for Ram Charan.. Those emotions have become important in Shankar's films. There is no need to mention the kind of performances Shankar has shown from his heroes. And Ram Charan was shocked with his unpredictable performance in Game Changer too.

There is no doubt that he has definitely given another iconic performance that will remain in his career. It must be said that a chitty babu in ‘Rangasthalam’ is now Appanna in Game Changer. The actor in him unexpectedly impresses the audience. The innocence in the role of Appanna definitely deserves a hat-off for the dedication he showed for that role. And as Ram Nandan, Charan also gives a treat in stylish looks as well as in his young looks. The variations in him according to the context of the film are amazing.

Now, it must be said for Anjali in the film. Just like those roles in Charan’s career, this role will also remain in Anjali’s career. Anjali has acted wonderfully in her role. Some scenes involving him are heart-wrenching. SJ Surya, who plays the villain, has shown his trademark villainy. Some of the scenes between him and Charan are a treat for the audience. He also gives a solid performance in his role with his mannerisms and looks.

Actor Srikanth also appears in a good role. Heroine Kiara Advani, along with her glamour, also appears in a key role in the film and entertains. Sunil also appears in a small supporting role after a long time. A comedy scene on comedy Brahma Brahmanandam is good. Jairam entertains in a comic role. The songs and grand visuals in the film are mesmerizing. Shankar's hard-hitting emotions are also present in the film. Also, the powers of an IAS officer and many political scenes in the first and second half are applaudable.

This movie has a solid narration but this kind of story is nothing new. In our Telugu, it can be compared to just a few scenes in Republic, which came out on hero Sai Dharam Tej. Also, the first ten to fifteen minutes of the first half are a bit so-so. It would have been better if the introduction fight on Ram Charan had been planned better.

Also, the visuals of the song "Jargandi" are not good in the movie, up to the VFX. Thaman and SJ Surya gave a lot of hype to that song, but it is not in that range. Also, some scenes in the second half may seem light and routine here and there. Along with this, it would have been better if Appanna's character had been shown for a little longer. Shankar's trademark stylish action-taking may also be missed in the film.

Technically:

Dil Raju's entire budget is visible in this film. The production values are very good. However, the VFX needs to be improved. The song "Jargandi" will disappoint in theaters. All the other songs are below Shankar's standards with crazy thoughts. Many people may have doubts about Thaman, but he definitely delivered according to Shankar's standards. Not only the elevation score, but even a pilangrovi emotional bit will move the film. Editing is good. Thiru's cinematography is rich and grand with good visuals. It would have been better if Nana Hairana had also been cast.

Now, when it comes to director Shankar... he has succeeded in trying to show what his fans have been wanting for the past few years. Although the story is by Karthik Subbaraj, the way he handled it with his mark and strong emotions is good. He got the best out of every actor. The way he handled the screenplay makes the movie engaging. Overall, his work is good for the movie.

Overall:

Overall, this “Game Changer” can be said to be a political action drama with a bit of predictable and a bit of unpredictable solid emotions. Once again in his career, Ram Charan impresses with the actor in him. He will definitely be remembered by the audience after Chittibabu. In fact, it would have been better if there were more scenes of him in the film. He and the other main cast did well in the film. The moving emotions and mass masala political scenes engage the audience in the film. However, there is a bit of a routine story and some scenes that seem okay in some places. So, leaving these aside, you can watch it with your family.
